With a built-in thermostat, the Electric Heat Cables automatically keep your pipes from freezing, working at temperatures down to 38 degrees below zero. They can be used on both water-filled metal and plastic pipes. Simply run cable straight along pipe and valves according to the instructions in package, affix with premium application tape, insulate, and plug into a ground fault protected electrical outlet.
